Importing 3rd-Party Devices


Ecotopia data center supports importing third-party devices. Follow the procedure below to import a third-party device.
  1. On the main menu, click Device > 3rd-Party Device.
    Data center displays the 3rd-party device list page.

  2. On the 3rd-party device list page, click the 3rd-Party Device Import button in the upper right corner.
    Data center displays the 3rd-party device registration page.

  3. On the 3rd-party device registration page, fill in the device ID, manufacturer, model, etc., then click the Register button.
    Data center will import the third-party device.
    You can also import multiple devices at once through a template.

  4. After you imported 3rd-party devices, click the Data Upload button in the upper right corner of the 3rd-party device list page.
    Data center displays the upload data page.

  5. On the data upload page, click the Add Device button, then in the pop-up window on the right side, select the third-party device.

  6. Select the time zone, then upload the data through the template.

Note: Currently only GNSS data upload is supported. The supported data fields are shown in the table below:

Collecting timeYesThe collecting time of this GNSS data. The format is yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss.
LatitudeYesThe latitude of this GNSS positioning. Positive numbers represent north latitude, negative numbers represent south latitude. Value range: [-90 ~ +90], accurate to a maximum of seven decimal places.
LongitudeYesThe longitude of this GNSS positioning. Positive numbers represent east longitude, negative numbers represent west longitude. Value range: [-180 ~ +180], accurate to a maximum of seven decimal places.
AltitudeNoThe altitude of this GNSS positioning, accurate to a maximum of two decimal places. Negative numbers represent altitude below sea level.
SpeedNoThe speed of this GNSS positioning, accurate to a maximum of two decimal places.
HeadingNoThe heading of this GNSS positioning. Heading represents the degree of rotation clockwise from the true north direction. Value range: [0.0000 ~ 359.9999], accurate to a maximum of four decimal places.
Satellite usedNoThe number of satellites used for this GNSS positioning.
HDOPNoThe horizontal accuracy of this GNSS positioning. Value range: [0.5 ~ 99.9], accurate to a maximum of one decimal place.
VDOPNoThe vertical accuracy of this GNSS positioning. Value range: [0.5 ~ 99.9], accurate to a maximum of one decimal place.
